We are happy with the installation of our new boiler and the communication was straightforward. We have been sent a very competent gas engineer which has also gave us the answers to all the questions we had.

Heatable were able to install very quickly and communication was great throughout by both email and phone.
I loved how photos were requested so that the work could be reviewed in advance and there were no surprises. All very straightforward and much more reliable than any local tradesman that I have encountered.

Symon was amazing and so professional. Super friendly too which made everything much easier and was massively informative when I was nagging his ear off about the ins and outs of boiler's.

Boiler broke a week ago, heatable managed to help me find a new one at a decent price with 0%Apr. Only a week later (in freezing jan/feb) new one has been fitted and works a dream. Engineer was fantastic and answered any and all questions. There was a piece missing from the order which he happily went a got from a local shop, so even the hiccup was as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend as a company, especially if you are in a financial pinch as we are.

Anthony, Jack and Reece from PEG Services (via Heatable) did an incredible job for us. Professional and efficient from start to finish. We had a Worcester Boiler fitted and pro-flush and google nest. It was a big job as they needed to lift up the carpet and floorboards to get my pipes etc. They did this quickly and with no fuss, everything put back exactly how it was. Anthony took the to explain everything to us. Fab service all round! Heatable themselves were great too. So quick and easy to order through them and they phoned immediately after to query something about my order. Great communication. Booked on Monday, fitted on Wednesday. Thank you Heatable and PEG Services for making this whole process as pain-free and seamless as possible!

Firstly the order process and information provided to make your choice was extremely user friendly.
My installer was in touch once the installation date was confirmed.
Having uncovered a problem, he (Adam Bradbury) worked tirelessly and through to 9.30pm to try and resolve on the day of the appointment.
He then immediately agreed a return visit and the installation completed and commissioned.

Protection and care throughout the installation was maintained to our finishes and I honestly could not fault the level of dedication and service.

I would highly recommend Heatable and indeed have already mentioned this to friends.

Amazing service at good price, installers from Radicool plumbing and heating that came in to do the installation on behalf of Heatable were very polite, clean and professional. Moved the flue pipe from lh wall to the back wall, patched the hole in brick wall and plaster on the insde, cleaned all the dust, rubbish even wiped the work top. Over the moon!

Easy online ordering process, once ordered you have to submit a series of pictures to make the install process as easy as possible. Great follow up on that regarding some potential issues with the boiler positioning and how we could fix that.

On the day the engineer was very respectful and did a great and tidy job. Very happy to have used this service.

Gas engineers arrived on time got straight to work fitting the new boiler , covered stair carpet to protect it from any dirt. They were polite , worked none stop for almost 6 hours till everything was completed. They took time to explain how to operate everything before leaving & also made sure all rubbish from new & old boilers were taken away . Very happy with our purchase so far & installation went smoothly .

Fab service. The plumber is very efficient and professional. Use protector to ensure my carpet clean. Also, he helped me to solve the leaking problem of one radiator. Got a small issue with the wifi connect. The customer service helped to sort it out immediately. Definitely will recommend this company to others.

Shaun was helpful and professional during the whole experience.He explained all the options available in a way that I understood and worked so hard so at the end of the day I have a brand new boiler which works perfectly.Shaun respected my property and cleaned up all the mess after him.I would recommend him anytime!

The process of ordering/buying a boiler online was easy and straight forward. However on the day of installation. The engineer turned up 2 hours later than scheduled (although he did message to inform me) and what was scheduled to be a 4-6 hour installation actually took 10 hours (but did stay and complete the job to his credit). Things that could be improved. No dust sheets/waterproof matting used. Didn’t even have a bucket to collect excess water (had to borrow one from me). Generally a bit untidy. I guess the experience is dependent on which engineer comes to work on the installation.

Really good buying process, simple and inclusive (no small print exceptions). The boiler fitters were great - prompt, knew their stuff, friendly and got the job done. They checked everything thoroughly before leaving and made sure we were happy

Took a chance after reading reviews and the Which accreditation. Could not of gone any better. Priced was fixed, arrived on time, knowledgeable fitter saved a new gas pipe needing to be fitted on outside of property along with long waste pipe.
The actual installation is so much less intrusive than thought would be. No pipes on show.
Local company wanted £2k more were going to rip up laminate flooring in bathroom and have x,y,z on show, so cannot thank Heatable enough. It really was a pleasant experience and they stayed late to get it done in just one day. That other company said would take 4/5. Customer service staff were great to answering questions, even sorting out discount code I forgot to apply when placing order.
